Hello, guys! I am Jo-je. Nice to meet you all, and thanks so much for having me speak with you today. So here's how I got started into this virtual assistant world.
I started my professional life with a 4-year IT degree. It was in the year 2012 when I finally stepped into the dynamic world of tech support in the BPO industry. Throughout the three years, I have learned to develop my technical skills while also having much learning on offering high-quality customer service.
My whole career path took a dramatic turn when I discovered and found out that freelancing and virtual assistance are just incredible open pots of possibilities. What led me to think in this way was the potential for providing quality support to businesses regardless of their geographic location.
Fast forwarding to the present, I have been fortunate to be given the opportunity to work with so many various kinds of customers for more than six years now. As I journey along these years, from just being a straightforward technical help to Business Administration, that seems to be my calling.
I love what I do. It is an honor, truly, to be able to be in work with amazing clients who entrust me with their business administration needs. For me, it is never just a job but rather a vocation, and assisting businesses really thrive is something in which I take great pride and really work hard to achieve.
